I.M. Outpatient Clinics: None, ambulatory care in physician's rooms
I.M. Specialty Interests / Special Units: Cardiology - stress testing, pacemaker clinic

Formal Training

Lectures: Weekly
Journal Club: Weekly
Grand Rounds: Weekly
Consult Rounds: Daily as required
Specialty Rotations: Gastroenterology, Oncology, Geriatrics
Research: Encouraged
Quality Improvement: Unit audit, 5 times a year. Hospital m+m, incident and rca meetings

Trainee Responsibilities in I.M.

Coverage Roster: One in three nights and weekends on call in addition to daily responsibilities

Teaching Responsibilities Medical students - regular sessions. Intern and BPT teaching and supervision
Research/presentations: Monthly unit presentations at grand rounds
